Sammy

Little Sammy Gillott, the son of Brian and Lisa Gillott of Ridge, New York, is a 2 year old with brain cancer (medulloblastoma).  Sammy was diagnosed in May and had the tumor removed.

But since this very aggressive cancer, further treatment was needed.  The family has relocated to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, to seek the best treatment.  They have been there for 2½ months and are expected to be there for at least 4 more months.  This has put a tremendous financial burden on the family.

Three years ago Brian and Lisa lost their first son, 16 month old Benjamin, to the same type of cancer that Sammy now has.
